I fell in love with music at a very young age, cuz in my house they play alot of music and my sisters were always watching India movies which also had a lot of music too
I started composing songs before I could read and write properly but I wrote my first song at the age of 11
I was born I port Harcourt and live my early life in the city before relocating to Lagos
In the year 2018 I finally made the decision to do music full time
And recorded my first song at the age of 17 back in Lagos State
I rap in English Pidgin and sometimes add my native language ijaw but English is more dominating when I make music
I make hiphop music because I believe there's a message that's supposed to be passed in every message
So I make sure my lyrics are always Authentic when I rap
And I have the ability to make music with any beat given to me
I'm not under any pressure of changing my genre of music due to the way the Nigeria works
I believe if I work hard stay consistent and make good music I'll break in to the industry for doing what I love and not what I did out of desperation of searching for fame
I believe alot of rappers out there like me want the same thing, and I've taken it as my duty to carry the hip-hop scene in not only Nigeria but in Africa as a whole to the globe, so they know we don't only do afrobeats in Africa but we also do great genres like Hip-hop RNB EDM and the rest
And I'm not really scared of not getting signed by a label.
I really look up to the USA music scene on how they use the internet this days to their advantage
And doing what they love and how they love it

In just a short time I've over 1k followers on IG
Over 100 YouTube subscribers
And over 100 followers on all the social platforms I'm on despite not being on Facebook
I've release only two songs so far and they both have over 1k streams each on Audiomack
My latest song B.Y City had 500 streams in it's first 10 days on Audiomack alone without no promotion
And has been played in over 25 countries in the world today
At the end of the day the goal is to make mummy proud cuz she means everything to me
Make hip-hop music a top genre in Africa
And to bring the world to Bayelsa
Giving up isn't an option
I'm carrying B.Y City on my back and putting it on the map
